We highly recommend you schedule your appointment in advance so we can accommodate your requests. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure time to change and relax as well as to ensure your full service time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, we may have to shorten or reschedule your service.
We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and that cancellation or rescheduling your appointment may be necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your services we require 24 hours notice for individual services and 48 hours for any spa packages. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time may be billed up to 100%.
We kindly request that all new clients fill out our “Client Information Sheet” prior to your first visit. We’re also happy to provide you with a copy prior to your first visit when you arrive at the salon, but be sure to allow ample time to fill it out before your appointment. We kindly accept cash, checks and Visa & Mastercard. Unfortunately, we cannot add gratuity to credit card sales.
